Mr. Eddie T. Dillon - Chair

Mr. Dillon currently resides in Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories on the shore of the Arctic Ocean. From early on, he has been involved with the survival of the Inuvialuit people and culture in the Western Arctic. Mr. Dillon has served on the Inuvialuit Development Corporation in a number of different positions, including Director from 1978 to 1992 and Chair from September 1992 to March 1994. He was also Vice-Chair of the Northwest Territories Water Board from 1998 to 2006.

Mr. Dillon has worked for Norterra Inc., part of the Inuvialuit Development Corporation's group of companies, for the past 23 years. He was director of the Tuktoyaktuk Community Coporation from 1984 to 1996 and again from 2001 to 2003. He was Chair of the Corporation from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Dillon was also Mayor of the Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk from 1989 to 1999 and 2001 to 2003.
